AI-Driven Urban Safety Monitoring System
Built an end-to-end CCTV anomaly detection system using YOLOv8 with a two-layer pipeline — rule-based scoring + 3-class Random Forest classifier — reducing false positives from 96% to 12% at 98% accuracy. Developed a FastAPI backend with 11 REST endpoints, WebSocket live streaming, async task processing with Celery, and 60s response caching. Paired with a React dashboard featuring live camera grid, alert toasts, incident export, and real-time analytics.

Real-Time Gender Detection Using CNNs
Built a gender classification model using CNNs in Python with TensorFlow, Keras, and OpenCV. Achieved high accuracy in real-world scenarios using image preprocessing techniques. Trained on custom datasets and evaluated with precision-recall metrics.
